Cascara Sagrada

Cascara Sagrada has been used for centuries by the Native Americans who named it "sacred bark" for it's physical and spiritual cleansing abilities. It works as a gentle laxative and may also support the liver. It has cathartic effects said to unblock bottled up emotions and negative energy.
